ASUS TUF Gaming FX505DY: What thermal putty (Pad Replacement) and Paste should be used

Choosing between Upsiren Utp-8 or Utp-4 ultra thin. I'm not sure what consistency and thickness the factory applied pads/putty had.

This was recently taken to a shop, they put generic blue 1mm thick thermal pads they use on every other laptops they clean onto the VRAM and Vrms. Gpu temps now instantly jumps to 82c and quickly rise up 91~89 upon load (which was even higher, I only get upwards of 83 before then). I was worried that the pads they used were too thick that it made it hard to make any contact with processors as the air coming out isnt even as hot as normal anymore, not even with touching the surface just above the keyboard.
