ASUS Q550LF-BBI7T07: Backlight keyboard not working

Hi, i have an Asus Q550lf and the backlight for the keyboard is not working. All function keys work except the backlight one plus whenever i restart the computer the keyboard lights up then it turns off while restarting. I updated the ATK package and nothing. Also, when i get a code of “This program only works on ASUS computers” and “USB Charger Plus/ Failed to sync settings” this happened after i updated my computer any help?
