Whenever i try to use my laptop touchpad while it is on charge the cursor will bounce around the screen and select random things.

But when i take it of charge it is fine.

Then i will take it to another location eg. Someone elses house or even to the repairer and it works fine as well.

I've had the same problem in two different houses. And nobody knows how to fix it

ASUS F550: Why is no sound working on my laptop?

It used to work a few days ago until I found out my microphone was not working, so I used an app to update all drivers. Suddenly, my sound and microphone doesn't work, however the driver is installed. I messed around with it but no solution. My only solution is to use the headphone jack my my second monitor (yes with a laptop xD) but it gives a really annoying static noise. I also tried headphone plugging into the laptop headphone jack but it still doesn't work, it only works if I plug it into my second monitor. I tried re installing my sound drivers but no luck, tried updating, no luck. If I reset my PC, will all my drivers be automatically installed, and would my sound and microphone work if I did this?
