I purchased it about a couple of years ago. I never succeeded in getting to see the display of the operating system on any monitor. It might have booted, but I am not sure. I would like to send it off through the mail to some place that can make it work. (The picture I provided displays the wrong model).

I just built a new pc and when i access bios the csm is allowed to be enabled with my geforce 4070ti and amd 7800x3D with asus mobo. After enabling the csm it goes completely black with no display. So far nothing I've tried works, Any suggestions.
Attempts so far.

I made sure GPU was connected and SATA and harddrives are connected properly.

I hit cmos to get back into bios.

the entire reason for needing CSM is to install windows 11 but its not recognizing my harddrives at all. Any solutions are welcome
