The RPMs on my car go up but the speed moves slowly but it doesn't happen all the time. I have had the intake valve change twice and some other work done to it and they still can't figure out the problem

Ever since it has gotten really cold out my 2016 Kia optima EX wont start unless jumped. I press brake and start button it acts like it wants to start (revving up noise) but then stops and won't turn over all the way, their hasn't been any warning/signal lights to let me know something is wrong

2016-Present Kia Optima: Why are my headlights turning completely off when is set to automatic

At night, when I set my headlights to automatic sometimes it turns the headlights off randomly. I have to either switch it to lights on or pull the lever as if changing from low beam to high beam for the lights to turn back on.
