For a while now, every time it rains (I live in a country with a rainy season), water has been getting inside because the ducts are clogged.

I've tried compressed air and a tool to drain the duct from the roof, but the problem still persists because I think the end of the duct, just above the tires, is clogged.

I keep a popping sound under my front end everytime I hit a bump or dip in the road. My alignment is okay. Also when I make turns or turn my sterring wheel while stationary, I heard a dull tone sound. It sounds like a muffled bell. That's the best description I can give you.
