I’m having a issue with my 2015 Kia Rio 1.4L (GCC specs). Sometimes when I start the car, the ignition takes longer than usual, and when it finally starts, I hear this jerking sound from the engine if I shift into D or R. The RPM stays at zero, even if I try to accelerate or drive. I changed the spark plugs yesterday, but the problem’s still there. Vehicle won't crank over. I've replaced the crankshaft sensor, checked the alternator, battery, starter, coil packs, and replaced the spark plugs. And replaced the fuel pump. Just won't crank over. Any suggestions

My gas gauge is showing about an 1/8 of a tank after filling it completely. Any ideas what I can look for? I did some research and saw there is an instrument panel self test you can perform to eliminate possible issues that way, but I don’t know how to do that? Any help would be appreciated.

Hand Brake is stiff and if I pull it up too much, then it becomes a real pain to put back down. One time it got stuck and was pretty much impossible to lower, it finally gave after putting whole body weight on it. I think there is a problem with it.
