2009-2014 Ford F-150: 2010 ford f150 radiator fan stays on

2010 Ford F150, Radiator fan seems to be running on high more than it should. Fan kicks on about 30 seconds after vehicle is started and is extremely loud. Even kicks on when its a cooler day. Also stays on when driving down the highway. Thought the fan was supposed to kick on when it reached a certain temperature then goes off once the temp drops. Switched out the high and low speed relays and did no good. I also noticed on the highway about a 30-40 minute drive the A/C was not blowing as cold as it should that I started sweating. Does blow cold when driving around town at low speeds or even just sitting there. Not sure if the continuously running fan and A/C not blowing as cold as it should are tied together.

2009-2014 Ford F-150: F150 2014 Iwe4x4 grinding and rubbing sound in 2wd and In 4wd

I have a 2014 stx 4x4 that keeps having grinding and rubbing sounds coming from the front end. Sometimes it comes when just driving in 2wd the other times when shifting into 4wd. I took it to the dealership 3 times so far. The first time they said they replaced all 3 IWE'S. The sound went away for a week. So I took it back the second time they replaced the front axle and the solenoid for the IWE. They had it for a week this time I picked it up friday and its still making the whinning and grinding sound like its partially engaged. The truck was sold to me certified pre-owned and only has 19,000 mi. Has anyone else had these same problems?

2009-2014 Ford F-150: Why is my AC/Heat fan only operate on speeds 3 & 4 but only for 30 sec

My AC/Heater fan in my 2009 Ford F-150 crew cab pickup does not blow air when the fan speed is set to 1 or 2. It only blows air for 30 seconds when the fan speed is set to 3 or 4 then is slowly blows less and less until it stops. If I turn the power off and wait for a few minutes it will begin to blow again, but only for 30 sec on speeds 3 or 4. The air is hot or cold. When it is blowing it is at normal volume until it begins to slow down and eventually stops. This problem started months ago and has gradually gotten worse with time. For example, when it first began, only speed control #1 didn’t work and then #2 stopped working and the length of time it would blow air has gradually decreased with time. I have replaced the relay switch and fuses and this did not correct the problem.
