Why does my power window only go half way up and then go back down ? If I leave it over night, the window will go back up completely the next morning

2005-2009 Ford Mustang: Won't turn over to the crank position

My Mustang didn't start for awhile, i finally got it started by spraying a bunch of starting fluid in it. Then after i went back to finish making sure all was good the key no longer turns to start it. It goes into on position but will not crank. Any suggestions?

I put my 07 mustang gt on a obd ll reader it gave me code for throttle body sensor the gas pedal when pushed down doesn’t allow gas apparently to make car go forward it only idols how to repair
