2001-2007 Chrysler Voyager: Why are my tail lights always on?

I have a 2007 2.5l diesel grand voyager. Woke up at 0630 this morning with the alarn going of as the bettery was dying. Got alarm of and went back to bed until a reasonable time for a Sunday. I've charged the battery and car is running again without any alarms. However the tail lights stay on even with car of and key removed. Sometimes they will go of but not always. Is there a way I can get them to turn of so they don't kill the battery again and wake up the street?

2001-2007 Chrysler Voyager: How to use the overhead console?

The overhead console use to display outside temperature & had the “perform service” come on. I asked a mechanic to do the service and to reset the console so that the “perform service” warning won't come on until I need to do the service. However the mechanic completely turned off the overhead console so it no longer shows anything. I can turn the menu on and select things but I can't get it to show the outside temperature. I tried the vehicle handbook but it doesn't tell me how to use the console, it only tells me what the console does. Help please?
