1998-2001 Nissan Altima: Will turn over no start

I have a 1999 Nissan Altima Gxe 2.4L engine. The crank will turn over but want start. Have already changed the spark plugs, spark plug wires, distributor cap and rotor. I also just changed the valve cover gasket cause it was leaking and changed oil and filter. It wouldn't start before i did the tune up and valve cover gasket change.

My car key is not unlocking my doors and alarm goes off but the key does not work in the door to stop it. I do not have the car key button to stop it either.

My dad had a super shady shade tree mechanic replace his motor in his old altima. The guys in jail now so it's left to me to finish up. I was chasing a p1105 code and noticed open vacuum line nipples on the map baro switch. So I'm trying to trace all the lines using a diagram from this site and I have a few questions. 1. There is a line, circled in red and I can't tell where it terminates? 2. Also circled in red, the diagram shows two fittings with vacuum lines coming from both. My engine only has one fitting, so I need to know which of the two I have?
